If that does not bother you, then go for it. Quick and compact laser printer. The only gripe is that it would not permit paper currently within the multipurpose tray to take precedence. You have to re-insert the media to print, or send the print job, specify multipurpose tray and then insert paper not a very convenient procedure.

Haven’t required to use 1200 dpi, but the toner save mode puts out some pretty light images. The duplex feature is slick and works without a hitch. Have not attempted the wifi setup as my requirements are wired and USB. Customer Support was pretty decent as soon as I got past the voice menus. I bought this one depending on my excellent encounter with their HL-2170W, which I’m still using. Brother’s driver software is the best within the industry.

Having owned several HP items and been unhappy with all of them in some fashion, I’d need to say this Brother laser printer is excellent! Setup for any OS was super simple; the included cd handles everything. It functions flawless with XP, Vista, and Mac OS.It’s not as noisy as some people say it’s, really. And the printer warm-up time isn’t much either. I was worried about both these things prior to buying, but now I’m not one bit.

The printer doesn’t need to remain connected towards the router after set up as one of the negative reviews stated. After obtaining the printer and the router talking, my wife connected to the printer on our Macbook Pro in about 2 minutes. No difficulties there, either. We were looking for a laser printer with wireless networking and auto-duplexing, and this model hit the sweet spot for cost and performance. There’s some curl on the pages, but I’ve yet to see a home printer that doesn’t do something like this, particularly if it duplexes. If you’re looking to print resumes, go to a actual print shop! For light to moderate house use, this is a great printer to select.

Solid replacement HL-5250DN
This successor model, HL-5370DW, replaces my Brother HL-5250DN and has essentially the same capabilities/feature set as it had. The HL-5250DN served me well for several years, but developed a problem with an inability to pick up the top sheet of paper from the tray. I had been getting by with a work-a-round by just stacking 20-30 sheets in the upper feed tray which worked well for more than a year and then that paper source developed the same problem.

Since the HL-5250DN had proven quite servicable as a home/personal printer (attached to my computer and 'shared' over the home network), except for the aforementioned problem, I replaced it with this one and hope that this doesn't develop the feed issue that the other one had. I had not used the HL-5250DN as a network printer and haven't tried the HL-5370DW in that mode either so I can not speak to how either functions in that mode.

Solid printer, excruciating set-up
I bought this printer as I wanted an inexpensive, wireless printer for my home network. This has great reviews and works for both Mac and PC. We have a Mac home system - a wireless network based on a Time Capsule and a couple of desktop and laptop mac computers.

Con:
Well.... cons are all about the wireless setup. Let me first say that I am pretty tech saavy (both Macs and PCs). I figured that those complaining about set-up didn't know how to work their network or understanding the difference between a PPOE and WEP. NOPE. The wireless set-up took me two days (and a total of 10 hours). I made two phone calls to Brothers. Phone support was *not* helpful and clearly they do not have true computer techs staffing their support line. They were obviously reading off a screen (they couldn't answer any questions) and didn't understand the difference between a Mac and a PC. For example, I kept getting told to "Go to the Start Menu." When I explained that the Macintosh didn't have a start menu, I was told to 'look in the bottom left hand corner.' **sigh** There was also a lengthy delay when I tried to explain that I could not download and use Internet Explorer for networking the printer as there has not been an internet explorer for the mac in **years**; I was told that they could not help me until I downloaded the IE software **sigh**

The tech support also did not understand how to set up the printer on a PPOE network (in spite of the fact that there were some specific PPOE instructions that I was told to ignore - big mistake).

They told me on two separate occasions that I needed to contact my ISP to troubleshoot the network (even though there was clearly no problem with my network).

All of the set-up instructions use dated Windows Screen shots. They have not updated for Windows 7.

Ultimately, I was able to get the printer wired (without help from Brothers). After this, it ran perfectly. However, it was a painful process. If you want this for a wireless network, I might look elsewhere for an easier wireless setup, especially if you are a mac user.

Wireless Laser printer
I highly recommend this printer. It is great. Print quality is wonderful and the price was the best around. Brother printers rock.

Easy wireless set up
Wireless set up is easy if you know your home network specifications. I loaded the set up disc and followed the screens to enter my router info, entered my network key and away it went without a hitch. If you do not know anything about your home network, you most likely will need help for the wireless set-up.
My first print job was a 360 page document double sided and it went well. The only negative is the small amount of room at the top of the printer discharge area to hold printed pages, it is will only hold about 60 printed sheets, not nearly enough. Good unit.

I bought this printer to replace an aging HP Laserjet Model 4P. Initial thoughts: WOW! This thing is super-fast. The double-sided printing is Incredible. The text is crisp and clean. It is easy on toner, and has an economy mode even though I haven’t tested it yet. I can’t say enough about how quick and smooth this printer is. I cued up a 300 page service manual I had in PDF form. The whole thing was printed and prepared for reading in under 5 minutes. One of the neatest functions is that it goes completely silent and in low-power mode when not in use: you don’t have to turn it on, it senses when you want to print, turns itself on, prints, and then shuts itself off. It’s a bit on the noisy side – but I truly don’t care about that. Overall, money well spent.

Printer arrived quickly and functions great. Very quick but a bit noisy when placed close to the sitting area from the desk. Handles most tasks very nicely. Time will tell how durable it is. Goodby inkjet, hello laser. Much faster then believed, simple setup and really fast delivery. Love the automatic shut down feature.

I have owned numerous various laser printers from HP, Dell, Lexmark, Brother and Samsung. This printer beats them all for three factors, Little and good searching. When compared to older laser printers, this one is really a model of great design. It sits compactly within the corner out of the way, but prepared to serve at the touch of Ctrl P or the printer button. Duplex perfection. First of all, watching this printer spit out a piece of paper and then inhale it to print the other side is really truly neat. It is just plain fun to watch. Secondly, both sides come out printed perfectly. Network Functionality. The printer was discovered without problem by my Windows 7 machine as well as my Mac. It just functions. Crisp Text. We purchase lasers simply because we want crisp text. This laser will make you proud. This is really a great printer and the price point is incredible for what it delivers.

Fast, clear, worth the price
A fast printer with crisp text and surprisingly nice black and white photo reproduction on regular paper for casual or temporary use. Be careful with hookup: I had many problems until I switched from one usb port on my PC to another (perhaps trouble with my PC, but I was told this printer requires high level communication between PC and printer so good connection is important). Ability to automatically print on both sides of sheet works very well for me and is a major attraction. No trouble with paper feeding. Envelope printing works OK for me but takes a little practice to correctly feed envelope in proper tray; once mastered it is fine for my purposes--if not "professional" quality some may demand--but certainly not bad at all and quite acceptable. Contrary to the experience of a one-star reviewer here, my printer came with a starter ink cartridge--not a full-size cartride but it has gotten me through several hundreds of documents of printing and is still going. (No usb cale, though) Ability to sleep when idle and then wake up immediately is welcome. Read the manual for many specific features to know about and learn how to use. Don't give up on learning fine points of on-screen preference menus that printer driver allows. It's worthwhile to experiment with finding choices and trying different ones. I can't comment on longevity or long-term operation and cost. Tech support was readily available; though they didnt solve my hookup problem they sort of pointed me in the right direction that allowed me to solve the USB issue on my own. Thank heaven I didn't immediately return unit. Once USB issue was resolved I became very happy with unit and wouln't want to have given it up.

Didn't Include Starter Toner
BEWARE: The printer doesn't include a starter toner - you must buy a regular cartridge to use with the printer. I will update once I buy the toner and can use the darn thing.

This printer and HP support both are pathetic
I bought this computer a month ago. It claimed that the software is pre installed. Unfortunately It does not work with Window 7. It has certain bugs or mistakes that HP admits it made while installing software. I contacted HP support and they made me download installer which again failed. I have tried all they told at least ten times. have followed all the instructions on their website but it does not work.
Even HP support is not customer oriented and they were useless in this case at least.

So be careful before you order this you might be as unlucky as I am and end up with a useless piece of equipment.

This printer is awesome! We have this old printer thats non networkable. Ive tried every thing to create it work. I got fed up and bought this printer. It functions excellent! Searching all over this printer. It has alot of clever engineering. How it loads paper, the UI using the screen. It all, merely works The entering of the password for the network was the only component that i groaned at. Simply because you have to input each letter with the scroll wheel. But you only need to do it as soon as. I only owned this printer for a day. I know what i do is not dependent on image quality and what not. Its mostly for papers. But i didnt want to purchase a printer that was dirt cheap.

I love this printer. It was just as simple to setup as people said. My netbook doesn’t have a CD rom, so I downloaded the driver and was hooked up in no time. Really easy to operate also.

This is a good small printer. I set it up wirelessly in really little time, very smooth process, superb manual with very informative pictures to guide you via the procedure. The print quality for paperwork is very good. The only drawback, so far, is that photographic prints show very orange flesh tones, exactly what was reported by expert reviewers. I would not use this printer to print photographs for this cause. Nevertheless, I did not purchase it for that, I needed a good, economical printer with good print quality for documents and this printer fits that need perfectly.

I was searching to replace my old all-in-one Lexmark printer and did tons of study. I desired an excellent scanner b/c I do tons of scanning of all kinds of documents and I also wanted great print quality along using the capability to print economically so as not to waste tons of ink and paper. This truly fit the bill and there were so many positive reviews/comments compared to similar printers. The wireless set up took me a couple of minutes as this was my initial time setting up something like this where I didn’t just plug it in. As soon as I started though, the instruction book and also the guidelines on the printer itself had been very basic to follow. I don’t print numerous photos but I am so pleased with all other aspects, I am sure this printer will do a excellent job on those as well! The only negative I have is that it is a slightly slower to warm up and print than my aged printer but it’s worked flawlessly and also the high quality is so good, I can’t truly complain! The scanner is definitely much quicker and simpler than my aged printer! The scan high quality is much better as well! Fantastic printer, I’m so happy with this buy.

BEACH CAMERAS
The Printer is great - I use the web print all the time, what a brilliant idea - I had a brothers before this and will never go back - I did hours and hours of research on printers before I bought this and every one had negitive reviews, so you pretty much have to look past some of them and then make an educated guess - Some reviewers were suggesting the MP-990 and I almost went for it but after I compared it with the MP-560, my decision was clear - I didn't need all the bells and whistles of the MP-990, all I wanted was a very good if not great printer and I think I got that in the MP-560 - For the money and the free shipping you can't go wrong, trust me - Now for the seller - I went through Amazon but since they don't offer free shipping anymore I bought this from one of the other sellers on Amazon (Beach Cameras) another great decision - Unlike Amazon (when they did give you free shipping) this printer was at my door only a few days after I ordered it and I even contacted Beach Cameras with a few concerns prior to buying it, they told me I shouldn't be concerned everything would be alright and they weren't lying everything was just fine - I will buy from Beach Cameras whenever I need electronics - I stay away from the Amazon Store whenever possible (they become bigger rip off artist)

Use in truck
I'm a commercial truck driver and need both a printer and scanner for everything I do. I've been through several printer/scanner combos over the years and they usually don't stand the beating that anything electronic in the truck suffers. I bought this printer four months ago and have had no issues with it whatsoever, even after nearly 75,000 miles of bouncing in the truck. I print log sheets daily and scan 3-4 times per week. I have also had to print for law enforcement a few times. I printed from inside a scale house for one officer and he had to come out to the truck to see my set-up and decided he was buying one of these printers for his house.

As for set-up, it was very quick to go from pulling it out of the box to having it ready to go. I had no issues getting it onto the network in my truck and it printed flawlessly from my old HP laptop with Windows Vista. My laptop finally failed a few weeks ago and I was forced to purchase a new computer. I purchased a Dell with Windows 7 and was printing before I had really figured much out about Windows 7.

I have the printer set to print borderless for my log sheets. The printer recommends against this, as it says print quality will be diminished. My log sheets still come out flawless. I HIGHLY recommend this printer to anyone in the market for a printer/scanner combo. Even if it failed today, I would buy another one!

Mixed bag!
Bought this printer based on the 4.5 stars reviews. The printer is very well packaged, because of that it takes longer than I had liked to take all the plastic and orange tape off that keeps moving parts from moving (make sure you remove all tape from inside the printer as well). Installation of the printing head and ink cartridges was pretty easy, but a steady hand is necessary when installing the printing head. The wi-fi set up was tedious and lenghty but flawless and the same goes for the software installation. Overall everything went well and the printer worked right away. The printouts are of very good quality, with no banding, bluriness, streaks, blotches and/or misalignments.the printer and software are pretty easy to use and straightforward enough to get the hang of it quickly. Internet explorer seems to be quirky at printing and the website image must, at times, be scaled in the preview printing option of IE before sending it to the printer. Also the wi-fi works perfect with no glitches. Now regarding the printer itself: It is fast but noisier than I would have liked, also the build quality is ok but not great, it tends to be a little flimsier than I would have liked and way too much plastic, however it does not look cheap. This is a large sized somewaht heavy printer, just keep that in mind. Overall: GOOD!

A Great Printer, Very Good Value
I have been very pleased since purchasing the MP560 several months ago. Although there are some features lacking, the printer represents an excellent value in the price range, and suits my needs perfectly.

The printer is used in a home office / small business environment, and is used mostly for printing text and copying, with occasional use as a scanner and photo printer. Set up was simple, but I do not use this as a wireless printer.

I have found the overall print quality to be very good with both text and graphics, and photos. Although I did try some adjustments, the default settings were acceptable. Ink usage does seem a bit high, but not unacceptably so, at least for my amount of use. My one complaint with this printer is not being able to set black and white printing as a default. There is a 'greyscale' setting, but not as a default. There may be a way to do this, but I have not yet found out how.

The design and construction of the printer is excellent: the location of controls and receptacles is logical, operation is intuitive, and replacement of individual ink cartridges is straightforward. The case is nicely finished, doors and trays open and close smoothly, and operating noise is acceptable.

Attention was obviously given to design and aesthetics. The printer closes up completely when not in use, helping keep the control panel and platen dust-free, and if left closed,the out-feed tray drops open automatically when starting to print.

A fax and and a document feeder have been left off, but they are not really missed with my use. A document can be scanned and e-mailed if necessary, and document feeders on printers in this price range never seem to work well anyway. Ink usage does seem a bit high, but not unacceptably so, at least for my amount of use.

Overall, the MP560 is a great printer for the price: well constructed with good printing quality.

Corner Ladder Bookcase
So pleased with this purchase - we installed surround sound and bought these shelving units for the back corners of the room to house the speakers. They are great quality, look great in the corners and are very sturdy - I have a toddler who leans on them a lot and they have stood up to her beatings!

Buy Cheap Mission Natural Bookcase 4-Shelf, Review This is a excellent bookcase, I don’t know what the individual was talking about the size being misadvertised. I believe they just didn’t understand that it’s 15 inches deep, not wide. I discovered the proportions to be what they said they were. I would definately advise to tighten the screws that are already in place to make sure it doesn’t wobble.

This bookshelf functions perfectly to hold all my cookbooks. It’s stylish and small sufficient to fit in a corner in my dining room. I’ve assembled lots of knockdown furniture and this piece was easy to put together and sturdy. I also bought the Mission style end table, which is also a good piece. I just wish they had an entertainment center.

I had no difficulties putting the unit together I just followed the simple to read directions! It is sturdy and not wobbily as long as the floor is level. I would recomend to friends and family, excellent value for solid wood furniture and not particle board junk.

My husband and I have a different taste when it comes to furnitures. I like the nice, clean look! He also loved this one. It took about 5-10 minutes to assemble and it fit nicely in our new apartment’s living area. It holds most of our books, picture frames, and other decorations we have. Pretty good price for a great book case.

Well constructed, sturdy, and attractive,.
UPS delivered the item undamaged. I opened the box and found the wood protected with tie down cords, and foam. The wood has a natural finish and looks very clean and attractive. The grain of the wood is light, with some areas that are less light. The instuctions were attached to the shelves. The wood was labeled for easy assembly. I assembled the shelving according to the instructions with no problems. It scares me to think some adults had problems with this assembly. We might need a competency test in America... Be careful not to "over tighten" the hex nuts or you could split the shelving board. All the drill holes were aligned and worked perfectly. All the "nuts" and bolts" were included. 3 of the 4 "self tapping" screws to attach the solid wood top to the shelving were included. The solid wood top does not have predrilled holes.

The shelving is very solid, and sturdy when assembled properly. I am very happy with it, it does NOT sway, or need extra bracing. It stands alone and has a tight, clean fit.

I would recommend this product. I'd give it 5 stars if it was American made and came with all the screws.

This product comes from Vietnam. I wish Americans made products like this.

I will be buying more items like this in the future.

I absolutely love this piece of furniture... the only downside is that if all the peices aren't present you have to wait for replacement parts to come because the hardware is too unique to buy at a local hardware store.
Target is willing to send me the replacement parts (shelf supports)but I need the DCPI number for this specific peice. If anyone could send it to me I'd be so very very happy!

We found this product less than appealing. The first box the product was poorly made and the drilled holes were not in alignment. There was large dark knots in the wood that were covered up poorly with paint. For a target item in this series, it is very poor construction. The second box was some better but the whole bookshelf is not well made. We also found the shipping on this item EXTREMELY expensive. Unfortunately, our Target stores do not carry the item or we would have looked at the product first in the store. We have several items from this line and so far this is the poorest value and worst made

Cute, clean, simple & a good price
I've been buying the mission pieces for my living room because I wanted something that looked nice, but didn't cost alot. I had no problem putting them together, and I like the 2 adjustable shelves. They have even held up to the testing from my very ingenious 7 year old. I would definately buy them again.

This looked great, small enough for the space, still able to hold a lot of stuff. I was extremely disappointed in the way it went together. I had to make some adjustments, which I should not have to do for a brand new piece of furniture. If I could, I would give this no stars. It is very unfortunate, because I have purchased the sofa table, and that piece of furniture is quite nice and sturdy.

Sturdy and easy to assemble.
It is sturdy enough. Though it is supposed to be fixed to the wall, you don't need to do so. I was a little worried because its width is only 24 inches, compared with 30 inches of my other bookcases, but this one is sturdier than my 30-inch bookcases.

It is a large bookcase, so it takes hours to assemble this. But it's not really hard to assemble. You can make it without electric drivers.

There is no way that this bookcase's original price was 2.56. It's not even real wood; it's that "pressed board" thing. Sometimes on amazon you really do find impossible-to-believe deals, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The item's value is misrepresented.

It took me 4 1/2 hours to assemble it. I am a single woman who has assembled only a bench -- which required only an allen wrench (provided!) -- and a console table. I have no tools other than a four-way screwdriver. I think that it could be assembled in about 80 or 90 or 100 minutes by a man who has assembled furniture before and who has a decent tool collection. Assembly instructions, although in diagrams only, are fairly clear.

Now that it is assembled and in place, I will say that it looks nice enough. For a graduate student's apartment. I have yet to unpack my boxes full of books and test the strength of the shelves, though. I think and I hope that they will prove sturdy enough.

In truth, I enjoyed spending the 4 1/2 hours putting this thing together, because I learned that I can do it! I can assemble furniture by myself.

Finally, there were no items missing. Everything that was supposed to be included was included. And again, I did it with nothing but a 4-way screwdriver.

Nice looking piece of furniture
It's a bit narrower than I expected, but very nice looking. It turned out to be the perfect size for my son's VHS and DVD collection. I'll probably buy another one to get more shelf space.

Great stuff
I've yet to get a negative comment on this. I recently purchased a house and two of these for the small library of books I have (both are 95%+ full). I was impressed by the actual quality of this, as were other members of my family. They look a lot more expensive than they really are and are sturdier than they may need to be. Extremely disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. Product supposedly marked down from 0, but I have bought better bookcases for much less. I at least expected for this price and based on the products picture, that the back of the bookcase was wood, not just thin plastic veneer. Plus the fact that the assembly directions are not great, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Future buyers beware! My worst purchase online

Buy 5-tier Black Ladder Bookshelf On Sale, Review I have had several bookcases in teh past. This one hands down beats any other 1 I’ve had. It is in wonderful shape for that price and took minutes to put together. The shelves are generous with the spacing. I am ordering another 1 these days to hold the rest of my monumentous book collection.

The shelves came quick, had been simpler to put collectively than the directions intimated and are just what I required. This kind of bookshelf is popular with pastel painters for storing open boxes of pastels. The cost was less than the ones in art supply catalogs.

The shelf is sturdy and is made of heavy wood. It was easy to put collectively and it truly can’t be beat for the price. It makes a nice addition to my home office.

I should say that this picture does not do it justice. The depth from the bottom shelf is large enough to fit a small microwave. And the top shelf isn’t so narrow. The shelving space is very generous. This bookcase isn’t intended to store hundreds of heavy books. It’s not created out of oak or pine wood.

We love this bookshelf and it’s been a great addition to our house. Assembly was a little time consuming but otherwise it’s completely what we were looking for.

Excellent product. I suggest to readers that you consider using OEM products for printers. I screwed up my Canon printer using an off brand. You may go for some years with no problems using off brands and save some heavy duty money and it will pay for itself. However, if your printer fails early on because of off brand you are a loser. I have a good printer and will just pay the extra dollars. Some of my off brands were empty. Some would not work and the last batch docked up my printer for good.

Well what could I say the 4 color pack is great love that you don’t have to replace all ink cartridges at the same time you only have to replace what colors are needed to be replaced. That is a good feature Canon is known for that. A lot of other brands you have to replace all ink even when they are halfway full. Never have problems with Canon ink, never had any problems with any of Cannon products. Oh yeah almost forgot and it is so easy to replace each cartridge.

I have the MP980 which is one of the printers this box is supposed to be for — but the printer says it requires a gray cartridge. There isn’t one in here. There is a black that will fit there – hope that works. If I’m spending the additional money on Canon ink, I’d like my Canon ink to Canon printer instructions be clearer.

I moved up to a MP620 from a previous Canon printer. While I’ll admit with the previous post that the ink wells are smaller, but they also use less drops of ink than my older model and gives out a MUCH better picture. And if you install the software that comes with the MP620, it will pop up showing a low cartridge, then click the exclamation above the tank, it will give you the part number needed. You can even click the ‘about ink’ button and will give you a nice large printable list of the ink part numbers.
I’ll admit I still use local print shops for large quantities of 4×6 images, but single 4×6 or any other I can print with very pleasing results. NOTE: The Canon Photo print software gives a more true to life color than either Photoshop or Lightroom. I know something needs to be changed in the Adobe software, but I haven’t figured it out yet.

Targus 10.2 Intersection Netbook Case Review
This is a nicely conceived case, but if you have a 10.2″ netbook you might want to think twice. I tried this model with my Acer Aspire One, 6-cell version, and it just barely squeezes into it, basically making the the external pouch too tight to get in anything much else. The Targus TNC101US Sport Netbook Case for up to 10.2-Inch Netbooks may be a bit bulkier, but it is much easier to slip my particular machine in and out of, so that is the one I ended up deciding on. You can use this case with the Acer but I suspect the difficulty of getting the machine in and out of it would soon send you looking elsewhere. Since the 6-cell battery adds an appreciable extension to the machine, I suspect it would be fine with the 3-cell version.

Bought this for my wife and her Dell netbook. Fits well and also holds her mouse and flash drive in s separate compartment. She likes it.

I bought a Netbook for the same reason you did: They’re cheap, and so I don’t have to lug around a 10 pound notebook and accessories when all I need to do is surf the web or do a PowerPoint presentation. Netbooks are the equivalent to the Ultralight backpacking concept, so it doesn’t make sense to use a normal sized, 2-LB bag/pack/sling/messenger to carry the device. No matter how small a carry bag I’ve tried, they are all just too big for my EeePC901 Netbook, along with a small Logitech mouse and a presenter. On the other side of the spectrum, a neoprene skin might provide a little protection, but it makes a poor carry solution. In fact, I really don’t want to carry my netbook in my hands at all… I want to sling it or shoulder it, but do it in a ultra compact way…maybe even under my jacket… Ta Da!… Here is the solution! The nice thing about this design is the little extra material going up the backside of the main case body to the straps… It utilizes an old-school method used by firearm holster manufacturers that keeps the case from shifting front to back, bouncing off your side, and significantly increases the comfort over that of a squared off corner bag. My buddy has an ASUS 1000HE, and it fit perfectly. I tried my smaller 901 in it and though it had a little extra room, it didn’t seem to shift around too much, so it is good to go for the 9″ models as well as the new 10″ models. With my ASUS Skin on my netbook, it fit even better and didn’t shift at all. For the price, this is highly recommended for those who like me, want to sling a netbook without the size and weight of just about all the other small packs/slings/messengers out there.

I purchased this Targus case fom DataVis.com but do not bothering to call Datavis if you encounter any problem, they are just an on-seller and will only refer you to Targus, anyway. I can strongly recommend this case from a functionality perspective but it is still too early to comment on its durability although it seems pretty sturdy and I would expect it to last well. It looks attractive too and the black and silver exterior perfectly complements the Asus Netbook it contains. The case is designed to allow you to actually use the netbook while in the case without needing to remove it, if you wish, which is great while flying. Highy satisfied with this purchase and at the advertised price, it is an unbeatable value.

I own an Aspire One 10.1 and had been searching for a case. Saw the sleeves but they don’t seem to have a carrying handle. Have also read some reviews about certain cases that state that they will fit the 10.1 but the fit is very tight. Well, I just bought this case at a local retailer and it is great. It is all that I had been looking for. The 10.1 fits perfectly, not too tight or loose, and it has straps to hold the netbook in place. It has a carrying handle as well as a shoulder strap, and a very nice storage pocket that will easily fit a charger, mouse, etc. The padding is adequate, after all, it is a soft sided case, and it probably has more protection than a sleeve. Overall, I am very pleased with this case.

I recently purchased an Acer Aspire One (6 cell version) and ended up spending a surprising amount of time looking for a case for it before tripping across this one. I am happy to report that it is a perfect fit. Moreover, it has a full size external zipper pocket that is roomy enough to hold both the Samsung external optical drive I purchased for the machine and the battery charger without adding any appreciable bulk. The detachable shoulder strap is the option I particularly wanted since I often do not have a free hand when traveling. The only mystery is why Amazon does not list this case among the suggested cases for the ACER machine since it is an excellent choice.

Tough enough is what it is. Simple and well padded. Room for mouse and cords etc.. I would not recommend operating your Netbook in the case as the computer requires ventilation and the fit doesn’t allow for that. It may work for a 8 inch but not for my Asus 10 inch.

I have purchased two of these from Amazon. The price is great plus free shipping. The first was genuine Brother and yielded 2471 copies at mostly 600 DPI. The second which I just installed was a “no-name”. It didn’t register as a new cartridge at first, I took it out and reinstalled twice before it accepted. I could have purchased a “no name” on Ebay for less. Amazon should describe this accurately.

This toner cartridge is the genuine article, not some lookalike “compatible” one. It is also more than $25.00 cheaper than the same item available online from office supply retailers AND qualifies for free shipping on Amazon. Unbeatable!

I have the MFC 7840W and love it. The toner thing was getting on my nerves, since it went low too early and as others have mentioned, you can’t “shake and go” for longer life. Using the tip to cover the window on the right side of the cartridge with opaque tape, I have been through over 3 reams of paper and have put the fourth ream in earlier today, on that same cartridge that was at “end of toner life”. I keep waiting for it to start fading, but it’s still printing and printing and printing.

New Brother printer, like all the brands today, is equipped with only a “Starter” cartridge, very limited in the number of pages it will print before failing. This high capacity replacement, when installed should provide many months of service, and can be replenished using replacement toner kits, fortunately available through Amazon.

Can print many pages if it only plain simple texts, as it says – 2600 pages. If you want darker print with pictures, graphs, solid blocks of black or gray color then this cartridge will give you close to 1600-1800 pages depending on the situation.

The Canon MP830 ink cartridges do not last long at all. I am constantly purchasing and replacing black, cyan and magenta ink. The print quality is fine, but the ink cartridges run dry too quickly. I won’t purchase another Canon printer.

I have tried refills, etc., but found the most economic approach is to use what the manufacture provides. I find that by being conservative with how and what I print the I get by on about 1.5 changes a year. I do most of my printing in gray scale and find it very acceptable.

It’s such a money-saver, not having to replace a color cartridge just because a certain color is empty. But this black cartridge lasts through hundreds of basic sheets of printing. I have been printing house fliers and haven’t run out of black color, yet. The standard black cartridge is 2-3 times the size of a color cartridge, which is very nice since black is the color you use most often. These are good quality, I’ve yet to have a ink leak with any that I’ve purchased, and the color goes on well, with no leaking, streaking or getting dried up. It’s also cheaper on amazon than buying them at the store.

This is a great value! I cannot find single or dual pack ink cartridges at this price anywhere else. I love my Canon MP830 printer and the cartridges on Amazon keep me printing at a great price. I print between 2000 to 4000 pages a month.

The cartridges are OEM and so work fine. As with all OEM ink they are overpriced but Amazon has the best deals I have found on the dual black pack. Be careful when preparing to insert cartridge. I have had the last two drip ink all over when the orange plastic cap was removed from the cartridge. It can make quite a mess if you are not careful. This may not be a common problem but it happens at 7,500ft where we reside.
